JudgmentSaric has broughttripartiteBoard.The case refers to alleged irregularities in the procedure of identifying the applicant as a defendant in criminal proceedings, on the basis of which the applicant was convicted. The court took the position that the irregularities found during the procedure of identification and hearing of witnesses were not adequately considered by the domestic courts in the explanation. For the same reasons, the court found that the criminal proceedings did not meet the requirements of a fair trial and that Article 6, Paragraph 1 of the Convention was violated.
