The third annual meeting between the national coordinators for the execution of judgments of the European Court of Human Rights and the Department for the Execution of Judgments

On the 17th.June 2026.was held in Berlin, Federal Republic of Germany3. annual meeting between the national coordinators for the execution of judgments of the European Court of Human Rights and the Department for the Execution of Judgments at the Council of Europe on whom it isparticipated Zorana Jadrijević Mladar, national coordinator for the execution of judgments of the European Court for Human Rights and representative of the Republic of Serbia before the European Court.

The event was jointly organized by the Federal Ministry of Justice and Consumer Protection of Germany, the project "Supporting effective domestic capacities for the execution of judgments of the European Court of Human Rights (phase 2)" andDepartment for the Execution of Judgments of the European Court of Human Rights (DAY).

The morning session was dedicated to the functioning, current activities and future plans "Networks of execution coordinatorsThe participants discussed the key developments in the first two years of the Network's operation, including the launched online platform, which aims to strengthen communication and knowledge exchange among members.

The afternoon session was a meeting between the members of the Network of National Coordinators for the Execution of Judgments of the European Court and the Department for the Execution of Judgments of the Court. The discussions focused on the exchange of good practices in the execution of judgments of the European Court of Human Rights. Participants exchanged experiences, shared information on working methods and identified areas and ideas for improvement that should be further explored in the future.The event highlighted the value of cooperation and shared expertise in supporting the effective enforcement of judgments Court and strengthening the rule of law across Europe.
